About Tarirobeacons
Tariro Beacons of Hope Foundation was established to empower and support children of blind parents. Inspired by the work of Hands of Hope (Rugare) Trust in Zimbabwe, our foundation shines a light on the unique challenges faced by these children. Through education, mentorship, and community initiatives, we are dedicated to giving them the tools and opportunities they need to thrive and create a brighter future.

Our mission
Our mission is to empower and support children of blind parents by providing resources, education, and a nurturing community. We strive to ensure that these children have the tools and opportunities to succeed, regardless of the challenges they may face. Through advocacy, inclusive programs, and a dedicated support network, we aim to illuminate paths of possibility and hope.
Our story
The foundation was formed by a group of like-minded individuals who share a deep commitment to supporting families affected by blindness. The idea grew from the impactful work of Boniface Musakanye and his wife Irene, who founded Hands of Hope (Rugare) Trust in Zimbabwe. The success of this initiative inspired the creation of Tariro Beacons of Hope Foundation, with a broader focus on supporting children of blind parents both locally and globally.

By fostering a strong, supportive community and ensuring access to resources and education, we aim to create lasting, positive change in their lives.
